Walk-through Staging Consultation - We complete property walk-through and provide written report to the seller and/or realtor within 48 hours. The plan includes instructions on how to update the space and appeal to the maximum number of buyers, for a profitable sale. Fee - $199, for condos/homes under 3000 sq ft.

Execution of Staging Consultation - After seller recieves consultation report, realtor or seller requests we implement and execute the report. We will provide an overall project budget, including renting furniture or decor items where needed. We also recommend fabulous handymen, and/or tradespeople/contractors to manage any repairs or updates to property. Fee varies, depending upon furniture and items needed.

Vacant Home Staging - Our team develops a design plan for each room and overall feel within the home. We provide furniture and decorate each room, and provide a clear cohesive feel for the space. For condo and townhomes, we are typically able to fully furnish and decorate an entire space, under one week. FREE ESTIMATES FOR VACANTS! Pricing is custom for each staged home, determined after property review.
