We have a team of designers and installers, with years of window treatment selection experience and expertise, ready to help you make smart decisions and solve your window treatment woes!.
The intial consultation features a visit from an interior designer/team member to measure your windows, review product functionality and samples, and recommend a product to meet your needs. We have included pictures of popular blinds and shades chosen by DC condo and home owners. Feel free to visit the displays at the 5th Street Ace Hardware or Tenleytown Ace Hardware in person or the Hunter Douglas website to review the entire product offering.
Once you are ready to place the order, we can collect a deposit (including taxes and installation costs) and start the process. Be advised that two weeks is the normal turnaround time from order placement to delivery and installation. In the case where materials are backordered, your designer will notify you of the delay.

While we can (and do) provide estimates through email prior to a visit, we don't suggest placing an order without a site visit from a team member. There are quite a number of variables that need to be taken account and on-site is the best way to ensure these variables are factored in when choosing the right product for your home. If you live closer to the Logan Hardware or Glover Park Hardware stores, or a competitor, - no worries! You can still call and order shades through us!
